Traditional puff pastry vanilla slice made with Italian vanilla custard then topped with pastry flakes and almonds.

*Please also note that any customisations will incur an extra fee and need to be discussed with us before you place the order to see if they are possible.

Please make sure you select a pick up date. If ordering for the next day, please note your order will be available after midday to give us time to freshly bake and prepare the order.

All other orders will be ready for pick up at the time you select.  Please come anytime after your selected pickup time, no need to call ahead to notify us.

Orders are available for pickup from the Ashgrove store only. We don’t deliver however happy to put your order in an Uber kerbside if required. 

Larger sizes can be organised, simply contact our team to chat about your needs.

All of Gerbino’s cakes are vegetarian and can be made halal compliant.
