Layers of orange chantilly custard crema sandwiched between vanilla sponge and decorated with cubes of vanilla sponge to represent Mimosa flowers.

Traditionally served for celebrating mothers.

Please make sure you select a pick up date. If ordering for the next day, please note your order will be available after midday to give us time to freshly bake and prepare the order.

All other orders will be ready for pick up at the time you select.  Please come anytime after your selected pickup time, no need to call ahead to notify us.

Orders are available for pickup from the Ashgrove store only. We don’t deliver however happy to put your order in an Uber kerbside if required.

All of Gerbino’s cakes are vegetarian and can be made halal compliant.
