Use & Care

• Soak it in water for about 3 min prior to use so that the stone is saturated with water.
• Sharpen your knives with it while splashing water as you work.
• Please always use it on a flat, stable and non-slippery surface.
• Wash it well with water after use. Let it air dry and store it away from the direct sunlight.
• In case a part of the stone is chipped after a fall, for example, make sure to smooth out the chipped part so that the blade won’t be damaged when sharpening with it.
