Key Features
- This is Yoshida Sarashi® and μ-func.® combined product integrating their traditional fabrics and antibacterial feature. It gives off silver ions and provides semi-permanent antibacterial and deodorant effect. Just wet, wring and put it over kitchenware, and it will prevent bacteria.
- Highly recommended to use at restaurants serving raw seafood or meat (e.g. sushi restaurant).
- Slightly yellowish rather than purely white because of no use of fluorescent dye.
Use & Care
- Can be used for multi-purposes such as filtering “dashi” broth, draining vegetables, preventing ingredients getting dry, squeezing ingredients, or straining tofu.
